Naturally Foxsea creates small-batch tallow skincare, cold-process soaps, body products, and other handcrafted goods.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, colors and appearance may differ depending on your device, display settings, lighting, and other factors.

Handmade Variations

Our products are handcrafted using natural fats, oils, butters, botanical ingredients, essential oils, clays, herbs, and other naturally derived materials.

As a result, variations may occur from batch to batch, including differences in:

• Shape

• Texture

• Scent

• Botanical appearance

• Soap patterns and designs

• Product firmness or consistency

These variations are a normal part of handmade production and are not considered defects.

Natural colorants may also change over time or during the curing process, and botanical ingredients may vary according to harvest, growing conditions, or source.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Products containing tallow, oils, butters, waxes, or other naturally temperature-sensitive ingredients may soften, firm, melt, or change texture during shipping or storage.

These changes generally do not affect the quality or usability of the product.

Our tallow sticks are formulated to be more heat resistant than many of our jarred products, but prolonged exposure to excessive heat may still affect their consistency.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, discontinue, or limit the availability or quantity of any product at any time.

Certain Naturally Foxsea products are made without added water and may not contain traditional broad-spectrum preservative systems.

Water should not be introduced into products such as tallow moisturizers, body butters, or scrubs unless specifically directed.

Introducing water into an anhydrous product may create conditions that allow unwanted microbial or mold growth.

Use clean, dry hands or a clean, dry applicator when appropriate.

Handmade soap should be allowed to drain and dry between uses to help maintain the integrity and longevity of the bar.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Naturally Foxsea.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been processed and we have confirmed your order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided when your order was placed.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed to by Naturally Foxsea, purchases made through our retail store are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

Wholesale purchases may be subject to separate wholesale terms.
