Naturally Foxsea began with a simple idea: skincare should feel good, make sense, and be made with ingredients you can actually understand.

What started as a love for simple, thoughtfully made products grew into a small-batch collection of tallow skincare, cold-process soaps, and naturally inspired body products—all handcrafted with care in La Vernia, Texas.

I’ve always been drawn to the process of making things by hand. There’s something special about starting with raw ingredients, understanding what each one brings to the formula, and creating something useful, beautiful, and intentional from the ground up.

That same mindset is at the heart of Naturally Foxsea.

Thoughtfully Made, From the Ingredients Up

Every formula starts with purpose.

Rather than filling products with unnecessary ingredients simply because they’re common in commercial skincare, I prefer to keep things intentional—rich tallow, carefully selected plant oils, botanical infusions, mineral clays, herbs, essential oils, and other ingredients chosen for what they contribute to the finished product.

One of my favorite ingredients is calendula-infused meadowfoam seed oil, which has become something of a signature throughout Naturally Foxsea. Calendula is slowly infused into the oil before it ever reaches the final formula, adding another handmade step to an already small-batch process.

From rendering and blending to infusing, pouring, cutting, curing, whipping, labeling, and packaging, these products pass through my hands many times before they ever reach yours.

And I like it that way.

Inspired by Nature — Not Perfected by a Factory

Naturally Foxsea products aren’t designed to look like they rolled off an industrial production line.

Soap colors may shift slightly as they cure. Botanicals vary from harvest to harvest. Natural clays and plant powders create their own shades and textures. Essential oils can smell a little different depending on the plant, season, and origin.

Those variations are part of working with real ingredients.

Many of our soaps are inspired by places, seasons, memories, and the outdoors—from orchards and evergreen forests to quiet gardens and changing Texas seasons. The colors come largely from ingredients such as clays, charcoal, indigo, cocoa, roots, herbs, and other botanical materials rather than relying on brightly colored synthetic micas.

The goal isn’t factory-perfect.

The goal is thoughtful, beautiful, and genuinely handmade.

Small Batch Means Something Here

“Small batch” isn’t just something printed on the label.

It means I’m personally involved in the products I make. I develop the recipes, choose the ingredients, test the combinations, create the scent blends, pour the soaps, fill the jars, and continually refine the formulas.

Sometimes that means experimenting.

Sometimes it means a soap swirl has a mind of its own.

And sometimes it means discovering a combination so good that it becomes part of the permanent collection.

That hands-on process is one of my favorite parts of Naturally Foxsea.

Products With a Sense of Place

Naturally Foxsea is proudly based in La Vernia, Texas, but many of the things that inspire the brand reach far beyond one place.

Forests, gardens, orchards, herbs, flowers, changing seasons, family memories, and the simple textures and colors found in nature all find their way into the products I create.

I want each product to feel a little special—whether it’s an everyday jar of tallow moisturizer sitting beside your sink or a bar of soap that reminds you of walking through an evergreen forest.
